Balcony/Terrace SeaView Lift Renovation Project Renovated Parking Garage

Fabron is a quiet and residential area which sits on the most western of the three main hills surrounding Nice, the other two being Cimiez and Mont Boron. Fabron is safe, clean and apartments for sale in Fabron offer some wonderful sea views as well as impressive views over the city of Nice.

With many apartments dating from the 1970’s, this is one of Nice’s more modern areas. Apartments for sale in Fabron enjoy the security and privacy of gated residences and large grounds, making them very popular with families. All the comforts of modern day suburbia can be found here with apartment complexes often being extremely well maintained and complete with parking, swimming pools and sometimes even tennis courts.

Owners of Fabron apartments can relax in a peaceful and unspoilt environment, enjoying 360 degree views of Nice and the sea as well as the privacy which Fabron’s leafy, tree lined streets afford.

Though Fabron may appear quite far from central Nice, it is very accessible with regular buses taking you to the city centre. By car, the Promenade des Anglais is just a five-minute drive away and you can be in the city centre in less than fifteen minutes. Fabron is very conveniently situated for access to Nice International airport and the motorway if travelling from Nice.

The area is perfect for families and those who like to keep active. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer in the area including tennis, squash, golf, horse riding and swimming. If sport isn’t your passion, perhaps the ‘Musée International d’Art Naif’ may spark your interest. It houses a personal collection of Anatole Jakovsky, a French art critic of over 600 drawings and canvases from the ‘Naïve Art’ movement.

Fabron is ideal for buyers with families or for those looking for secure residences and a quiet neighbourhood with elegant, modern living quarters. It is a good area for buyers hesitating between the city centre and further inland, as it can offer the best of both worlds; a more quiet and tranquil environment, with access to all that Nice and the rest of the Riviera has to offer. Due to the modern luxuries which often accompany property for sale in Fabron, expect to pay a high price tag. A two-bedroom apartment with a sea view and city view can cost upwards of 400,000 Euros, while further up the hill, villas are on offer from around 1,000,000. This area is also ideal for buyers looking for new build property for sale in Nice.
